Go to https://cp.poweredbynirix.com and login with your account. |  | |
1.2 | Under the blue navbar at the top, under ‘Services’ > ‘Exchange’. click on ‘Contacts’. | |
1.3 | Click on ‘New Contact’ |  |
1.4 | Enter the External Contact details. The only mandatory fields are First & Last Name and Email Address. |  |
