1.3 | Enter what you’d like to name the Distribution Group. Leave the ‘Type’ Type as the default, ‘Distribution’ Distribution, and then click ‘New Group’ New Group. When you create a brand new Distribution Group, you’ll need to set an email address for it, and assign it some members. |

2.1 | Start by clicking the green drop-down arrow to expand the Distribution Group. | |
2.2 | We’ll start with setting the email address for the Distribution Group; click . Click on the ‘Email’ Email tab. | |
2.3 | Then, click ‘Add’ Add. From there, enter the email address you’d like to set the Distribution Group to use, then click ‘Update’ Update. | |
2.4 | To add users to the Distribution Group, click on the ‘Members’ Members tab. | |
2.5 | Enter the first name of the user you’d like to add in the ‘Member search’ Member search box, followed by clicking ‘Find’ Find. | |
2.6 | Then, check off the box to the right of the user’s email, followed by clicking ‘Add’ Add. | |
2.7 | When you are finished making any changes, click ‘Save’ Save to apply those changes. |
