Log into oCCP - you can do so here.

Click on Users in the navbar.

Find the user in the list you need to unlock. In this example, I will use Test User 3.

Click on the user to bring up the User Functions. Select Edit User.

Click on Account Settings.

If there account is locked, it will say Yes on the Account Locked row.

Change the setting to No.

With the Account Locked setting now set to No, click Provision to apply the change.

It will process the change. Once the circle has changed to green, they should be OK to try logging in again.
