2.1 | Start by clicking the green drop-down arrow to expand the Distribution Group. | |
2.2 | We’ll start with setting the email address for the Distribution Group. Click on the Email tab. | |
2.3 | Then, click Add. From there, enter the email address you’d like the Distribution Group to use, then click Update. | |
2.4 | To add users to the Distribution Group, click on the Members tab. | |
2.5 | Enter the first name of the user you’d like to add in the Member search box, followed by clicking Find. | |
2.6 | Then, check off the box to the right of the user’s email, followed by clicking Add. | |
