Log into oneCloudControlPanel with your credentials. | ||

1.3 | Locate the user who’s mailbox needs to be accessed and click on their name. | |
1.4 | Click Services. | |
1.5 | Click oneExchange | |
1.6 | Click Advanced Options | |
1.7 | Click Mailbox Rights | |
1.8 | Be sure to check Full Access (Excluding Send As), Send As and Receive As are only applicable to Exchange 2007 users. | |
