2.1

When you open Outlook 365 for the first time, or add an account, you will be presented with this screen.

Enter your Email address in the Email address field.

Click Advanced Options and select Let me set up my account manually

Click Connect.

2.2

Outlook will then start to add your email account.

2.3

At the next screen, select Exchange 2013 or earlier.

2.4

Outlook will start to get things ready for you.

2.5

It is possible that you may run into this pop up. If you do see it, this is our autodiscover pointing Outlook to our mail servers.

You can select Don't ask me about this website again and then Allow.

2.6

The next popup will be for your email password.

Enter the password for your email here.

If you do not want to enter your email password each time you log in, select Remember my credentials.

Click OK.

NOTE: If you are adding a oneExchange address to Outlook that already has an account, the pop-up may have your original email address in the window. If this is the case, you will have to click More Choices and then enter your oneExchange address and password.

2.7

If everything has been set correctly, you should see the Exchange Account Settings window pop up.

These settings are up to your discretion to adjust. Using cached mode will download messages to your computer for faster access. You can also set the date range for how many emails are downloaded.

Once you have it set as you wish, click Next.

2.8

You should see the Account successfully added screen.

If you wish to add another address, enter it in the appropriate field.

If you are done adding addresses, deselect Set up Outlook on my phone, too and then click Done.

2.9

Outlook should open, and start to download your messages.
