Overview

MailStore is an optional service NIRIX uses to archive emails. This guide will walk through logging in to the MailStore service.

Steps

Step 1.0 - Log in to MailStore Using Outlook Plugin

If you have the MailStore plugin installed, you should see an E-mail Archive tab in Outlook.

With the E-mail Archive tab selected, click Settings.

NIRIX will provide a URL to use with MailStore. If you don’t know the URL, contact your company’s administrator, or reach out to NIRIX Support. Enter this URL in the Server Name field.

Click OK.

Now you can click Browse Archive.

You will be required to sign in.

Enter your Email Address and click Next.

If you are set up with M365, a browser window may open and request that you sign in. Sign in as you normally would for M365. Once that is done, the browser will let you know you are authenticated. You can close the browser tab, and go back to Outlook.

Now you should see your archive. You can browse the archived emails, open them, forward them etc.

NIRIX will provide a URL to use with MailStore. If you don’t know the URL, contact your company’s administrator, or reach out to NIRIX Support. Enter this URL in your web browser of choice.

Enter your email address and click Next.

If you are set up with M365, a browser window may open and request that you sign in. Sign in as you normally would for M365. Once that is done, you will be brought to the portal.

Now you are signed in, and can browse through your email archive.
