Scope of This How To Article

This how to guide applies to FileCloud Sync App, macOS 15.7

Notes

  • oneFileSync (oFS) Powered by FileCloud is a part of the NoW 365 Digital Workspace

  • Existing settings of your current FileCloud Sync will clear

  • Your local Files will be untouched

  • After the reset, you will have to provide your FileCloud Site address, login credentials, and go through setup wizard once again.

Can Launch FileCloud Sync from

  1. The Menu Bar

  2. Or from the Launcher

Click Settings

  1. At the top, click your account name drop down

  2. Click Reset

After the reset, you will have to provide your FileCloud Site address, login credentials, and go through setup wizard once again. The Reset does not remove your locally synced delete

 

Click Continue to proceed

You should see the Welcome screen again for your FileCloud configuration.
