This how to guide applies to FileCloud Sync App, macOS 15.7

Notes

• oneFileSync (oFS) Powered by FileCloud is a part of the NoW 365 Digital Workspace

• Existing settings of your current FileCloud Sync will clear

• Your local Files will be untouched

• After the reset, you will have to provide your FileCloud Site address, login credentials, and go through setup wizard once again.

Step 1.0 - Reset FileCloud Sync

1.1	Can Launch FileCloud Sync from The Menu Bar Or from the Launcher	Open Open
1.2	Click Settings	Open
1.3	At the top, click your account name drop down Click Reset	Open
1.4	After the reset, you will have to provide your FileCloud Site address, login credentials, and go through setup wizard once again. The Reset does not remove your locally synced delete   Click Continue to proceed	Open
1.5	You should see the Welcome screen again for your FileCloud configuration. Congrats, you have successfully reset your FileCloud Sync App	Open
