Launch FileCloud

Browse to your files or folders that you would like to share

Once you have located the file or folder, tap the … associated with the file

We will now change who we will share this link to and how

Tap the indicated drop down arrow (first one) under the Sharing Permission section

Select Allow anyone with Link

If you see warning, go ahead and click ok.

Depending on your oFS Security Policy, the default file sharing method may be set to “Specific users and groups”. If this is the case, then you will get a warning when you switch to a different sharing method.

We will now change what users can do with the link.

Tap the indicated drop down arrow under the Sharing Permission section

Even though users with this link can access the shared content, you can still define what people can do with the shared content

Select your sharing permission as indicated.

You can now share the link using the iOS native share button, or share it manually by using the clip board icon to copy the link

Close the sharing when ready.
