oneFileSync (oFS) Powered by FileCloud is a part of the NoW 365 Digital Workspace
The specified user will get an invitation to register and create an oFS external account, update the password before the share can be accessed. This is the most secure sharing method.
Steps
Step 1.0 - Share Files or Folders

Tap the indicated drop down arrow (first one) under the Sharing Permission section |

1.8 | Select Allow selected users or groups |

1.12 | In the Sharing Permissions section, tab the down arrow |

1.13 | Set what people can do with the shared content. Select your sharing permission as indicated. |

1.14 | You can now share the link using the iOS share button, or share it manually by using the clip board icon to copy the link. |

1.15 | Close the sharing when ready. |

1.16 | The User will receive a new file share notification. If they have not signed into NoW 365 oFS before, they will get a Welcome to FileCloud Message asking them to register an account before they can access any shared files. |
