Launch FileCloud

Browse to your files or folders that you would like to share

Once you have located the file or folder, tap the … associated with the file

1. Make sure the file is correct

We will now change who we will share this link to and how

Tap the indicated drop down arrow (first one) under the Sharing Permission section

Select Allow selected users or groups

Tab save

Tap invite users

1. Enter the user’s full email address that you want to share

2. Under selected users, Tap the matching user

3. Tap Add Users

In the Sharing Permissions section, tab the down arrow

Set what people can do with the shared content.

Select your sharing permission as indicated.

You can now share the link using the iOS share button, or share it manually by using the clip board icon to copy the link.

Close the sharing when ready.

The User will receive a new file share notification. If they have not signed into NoW 365 oFS before, they will get a Welcome to FileCloud Message asking them to register an account before they can access any shared files.
