NoW 365 oFS - The skipped files in the FileCloud ServerSync home dashboard does not match the numbers under the Activity Tab/page.

The skipped files count in the ServeSync Home dashboard does not match the Activity page skipped file count. The number for the skipped file in the activity page is actually higher.

 Cause

The skipped file number in the Home dashboard is capped off at 2000.

Resolution

 Solution 1:

  1. Use the skipped file number in the Activity Page.
