Step 1.0 - Check FleClouapp r app rusning status

1.1 | On your Windows tasks bar, look for the Up Arrow, click it |

1.2 | If you see the File Cloud Sync Icon, it means the application is running. Click the Icon Once |
|
1.3 | If you see this Windows, the Filecloud Sync app is definately running. Click X to close the Application windows (This just closes the user interface) |
