How to start or launch FileCloud Sync App automatically on MACOS startup

This how to guide applies to FileCloud Syncpp, macOS 15.7

Prerequisites and Requirements

  • MACOS

  • Existing FileCloud Desktop for MAC installation

  • FileCloud Sync must be running

Notes

  • oneFileSync (Powered by FileCloud) is a part of the NoW 365 Digital Workspace

Step 1.0 - Enable run at startup

Locate the FileCloud Sync icon on the menu bar.

  1. Click the Icon once

  2. Select Open

Click Settings

  1. Look for the Miscellaneous section

  2. Check Run at MacOS startup

  3. Close the Window

You will notice this notification, click it

The login Items and extension window will open, and you will notice Filecloud sync is listed under Open at login

You can now close the window
