Steps
Step 1.0 - Share Files or Folders with Password

1.1 | Launch FileCloud | |
1.2 | Go to your files or folders that you want to share with an internal or external user. For this example, we will be sharing files under My Files. |

1.7 | You will get a similar notification. Click OK. Depending on your site security Policy, the default file sharing method may be set to “Specific users and groups”. If this is the case, then you will get a warning when you switch to a different sharing method from the default method. |

1.8 | A default password has been generated, click the eye icon or enter your own
You will need to manually provide this password the share file recipient |

1.9 | Set your sharing permissions as required. For this demo, it is view and download only. If you want to allow users to upload to a shared folder, make sure you check upload

1.10 | You have two options at this point. TAB option 1 which will bring up the Android share option screen TAB option 2 which copies the link of the file share, and you can manually paste it in email or SMS.
