Steps
Step 1.0 - Share Files or Folders using an External account

1.2 | Go to your files or folders that you want to share with an internal or external user. For this example, we will be sharing files under My Files. |

Once clicked, oFS FileCloud will do the following in the background.

The recipient of the file share / external user will receive 2 emails 1. Welcome email
The external user will not be able to access the file share link until the welcome process is completed.
