Steps
Step 1.0 - Share Files and Folders with Password

1.1 | At top menu bar

1.2 | Locate a folder called “FileCloudSyncData” Open the folder |
|
1.3 | We will need to upload these 2 files later to support.
|

1.4 | Move to the Window to the side, but keep it open as we will need it later. |

1.5 | We will now upload the Log files. You should have an upload link provided by NIRIX support tech or by your IT Provider. Check your email. Two options here, 1 You can click the Link in your email, and your default web browser will open the upload page (should be Safari). or 2 You can open a web browser of your choice like Chrome or Firefox, and manually copy, paste, and then open the page. |

1.6 | Click Accept Terms of service button to continue |

1.7 | Arrange the two windows side by side |

1.8 | Drag and drop fcesc.log file to the drop off window |
|
1.9 | Drag and drop synclient.log file to the drop off window |
|
1.10 | Depending on the speed of your internet and the file size, it could take some time. |
|
1.11 | You should see a similar screen once you have uploaded the files. |
|
1.12 | You can now close off the Safari Upload Page as well as the finder window Inform Support you have successfully uploaded the required log files. |
