Prerequisites and Requirements
-Internet access
Step-by-Step Guided:
Open Google Chrome
Navigate to NIRIX.com
Download support agent
Step 1.0 - Description of Step 1

1.1 | Navigate to your preferred browser. In this example I’ll be using Google Chrome, but any will work | |
1.2 | Visit https://www.nirix.com/support or type NIRIX in the search bar at either the top or middle of the screen, then hit the Enter key | |
1.3 | Click on the NIRIX oneWorkspace 365 link | |
1.4 | In the top right hand corner, click Support |

1.5 | Under the Remote Support section, click Remote Agent |

1.6 | In Google Chrome, your download should appear in the bottom left corner. In Internet Explorer and Firefox it will appear at the top right hand corner. |

1.7 | Click on the download once it’s complete |

1.8 | Your ID and Password will appear on the screen! |
