How to - Whitelist and Blacklist Email Addresses

Go to https://nospam.poweredbynirix.com and log in with your oneSpam credentials

You’ll be presented with your home page. If any emails are quarantined, you’ll see them here

Select the emails from the sender(s) you would like to add to your Safe List.

Click the Three Dots and select Safe List from the menu.

On the bottom right corner of your browser, you will see an alert that they have been added to your safe list.

Click the gear icon to bring up the setting bar.

The settings bar will show up with the General settings open, click Security.

Click Safe List.

Click Create.

Enter the email address you wish to whitelist, then click OK. In this example, we have used test.user2@companyabcdemo.com.

That email address has now been whitelisted.

Select the emails from the sender(s) you would like to add to your Block List.

Click the Three Dots and select Block List from the menu.

On the bottom right corner of your browser, you will see an alert that they have been added to your block list.

On the home page of oneSpam, click the gear icon to bring up the setting bar.

The settings bar will show General settings, click Security.

Click Block List.

Click Create.

Enter the email address you wish to block, and then click OK.
