Step 2 Creating a New Mailbox Resource

| 3.1 | In the resource Resource Mailbox screen select the mailbox resource you would like to remove Delete is grayed out. To delete the resource we first need to "Deprovision" the Mailbox first Click "Deprovision" IF YOU "DEPROVISION" A BRAND NEW MAILBOX IT WILL ERROR OUT. LEAVE THAT MAILBOX ALONE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE TRYING TO REMOVE IT |

| 3.2 | When the Deprovision is complete the circle beside the mailbox will be grey You should now be able to click Delete Click "Delete" The attached screenshot will show what happens when you try to delete a new mailbox to early. It will no longer be removeable unless you contact Steven. |
