Pre-Requisite and Requirements

  • Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)
  • Administrator level credentials in oCCP

Step 1 Getting to Resource Mailboxes

In the blue navbar at the top,

Click "Services"

Click "Exchange"

Click "Resource Mailboxes"

Find Services along the top bar. 

Hover over Exchange

Click Resource Mailboxes

Step 2 Creating a New Mailbox Resource

Under Management click New Resource Mailbox

Enter a Display Name

Choose between Room and Equipment

Fill in whatever optional information you know of.

Click "Provision"

Wait for it to turn green

And you have now made a Resource Mailbox

and choose either Room or Equipment


Location, Phone, and Capacity are optional and may be left blank.

2.4Once the Status circle is green, the resource has been created.

In

the resource

Resource Mailbox

screen select the mailbox resource you would like to remove

Delete is grayed out. To delete the resource we first need to "Deprovision" the Mailbox first

Click "Deprovision"

IF YOU "DEPROVISION" A BRAND NEW MAILBOX IT WILL ERROR OUT. LEAVE THAT MAILBOX ALONE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE TRYING TO REMOVE IT

When the Deprovision is complete the circle beside the mailbox will be grey

You should now be able to click Delete

Click "Delete"

The attached screenshot will show what happens when you try to delete a new mailbox to early.

It will no longer be removeable unless you contact Steven.

click the green arrow beside desired resource

Click Deprovision
