Find Services along the top bar.

Hover over Exchange

Click Resource Mailboxes

Step 2 Creating a New Mailbox Resource

2.2	Enter a Display Name and choose either Room or Equipment Location, Phone, and Capacity are optional and may be left blank.	Image Modified
