Go to https://cp.poweredbynirix.com and login with your account.

Under the blue navbar at the top, under ‘Services’ > ‘Exchange’. select Services > Exchange add click on ‘Distribution Groups’ Distribution Groups.

Enter what you’d like to name the Distribution Group. Leave the ‘Type’ Type as the default, ‘Distribution’ Distribution, and then click ‘New Group’ New Group.

When you create a brand new Distribution Group, you’ll need to set an email address for it, and assign it some members.

Start by clicking the green drop-down arrow to expand the Distribution Group.

We’ll start with setting the email address for the Distribution Group; click . Click on the ‘Email’ Email tab.

Then, click ‘Add’ Add. From there, enter the email address you’d like to set the Distribution Group to use, then click ‘Update’ Update.

To add users to the Distribution Group, click on the ‘Members’ Members tab.

Enter the first name of the user you’d like to add in the ‘Member search’ Member search box, followed by clicking ‘Find’ Find.

Then, check off the box to the right of the user’s email, followed by clicking ‘Add’ Add.

When you are finished making any changes, click ‘Save’ Save to apply those changes.
