Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to oCCP

  2. Locate the user that owns the mailbox that will be shared

  3. Grant access

Log into oneCloudControlPanel with your credentials

Click All Users

Locate the user who’s mailbox needs to be accessed an click on their name

Click Services

Click oneExchange

Click Advanced Options

Click Mailbox Rights

Be sure to check Full Access (Excluding Send As), Send As and Receive As are only applicable to Exchange 2007 users.

Type the name of the user you’d like to give access, and then click Find

Check the user you’re looking for, then click Add

Click Provision

The circle will be orange as is loads

Once the circle turns green, the access has been granted!
