Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to oCCP
Locate the user that owns the mailbox that will be shared
Grant access

1.3 | Locate the user who’s mailbox needs to be accessed an click on their name | |
1.4 | Click Services | |
1.5 | Click oneExchange | |
1.6 | Click Advanced Options | |
1.7 | Click Mailbox Rights | |
1.8 | Be sure to check Full Access (Excluding Send As), Send As and Receive As are only applicable to Exchange 2007 users. | |
1.9 | Type the name of the user you’d like to give access, and then click Find | |
1.10 | Check the user you’re looking for, then click Add | |
1.11 | Click Provision | |
1.12 | The circle will be orange as is loads | |
1.13 | Once the circle turns green, the access has been granted! |
