Overview
The purpose of this How-To guide is to provide a detailed step by step instruction on how to add a Resource Mailbox for a Customer organization in oCCP.
Customers will acquire new items or move to new buildings and request to have new or additional resource mailboxes set up.
Pre-Requisite and Requirements
To successfully complete this action you will need the following:
- Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)
- Administrator level credentials in oCCP
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 Getting to Resource Mailboxes

1.2 | Find Services along the top bar. Hover over Exchange Click Resource Mailboxes |
Step 2 Creating a New Mailbox Resource

2.1 | Under Management click New Resource Mailbox | |
2.2 | Enter a Display Name and choose either Room or Equipment Location, Phone, and Capacity are optional and may be left blank. | |

2.4 | Once the Status circle is green, the resource has been created. |
