While in the web portal, click Configuration

  1. Click Alarms Management in the Left Navigation panel

  2. The List of alarms should be displaying


A predefined list of NoW 365 alarms should be created and enabled as part of the onboarding process. Disabled alarms are greyed out as indicated. If you don’t see a list of pre-defined NoW 365 alarms, please reach out to Customer Support.
