Overview
The purpose of this How-To guide is to provide a detailed step by step instruction on how to add a Resource Mailbox for a Customer organization in oCCP.
Customers will acquire new items or move to new buildings and request to have new or additional resource mailboxes set up.
Pre-Requisite and Requirements
To successfully complete this action you will need the following:
- Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)
- Administrator level credentials in oCCP
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 Getting to Resource Mailboxes

| 1.2 | In the blue navbar at the top, Click "Services" Click "Exchange" Click "Resource Mailboxes" |

Step 2 Creating a New Mailbox Resource

| 2.1 | In "Management" Click "New resource mailbox" |

| 2.2 | Enter Display Name Choose between Room and Equipment Fill in whatever optional information you know of. Click "Provision" |

| 3.1 | In the resource Mailbox screen select the mailbox resource you would like to remove Delete is grayed out. To delete the resource we first need to "Deprovision" the Mailbox first Click "Deprovision" IF YOU "DEPROVISION" A BRAND NEW MAILBOX IT WILL ERROR OUT. LEAVE THAT MAILBOX ALONE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE TRYING TO REMOVE IT |

| 3.2 | When the Deprovision is complete the circle beside the mailbox will be grey You should now be able to click Delete Click "Delete" The attached screenshot will show what happens when you try to delete a new mailbox to early. It will no longer be removeable unless you contact Steven. |
