First Time Log In / Forgot Password

If you have not been provided a password during the onboarding process, you may need to reset your password to get logged in. Visit our NoW 365 Control Panel at https://cp.now365.ai and click Forgot Password.

Enter the email address associated with your account. Click the checkbox for the Captcha.

You will be asked to play a game, or some other test to confirm your humanity

Once done, click Reset Password. The password reset will be sent to the address you listed for account recovery. This is not necessarily the same account as address entered, and should differ for security.

Once you receive the email, click on the link to proceed with the password reset.

Enter a new secure password for your account. The password needs to be 10 characters or longer, and adhere to other requirements listed on the Password Reset screen. Click Reset Password when done.

Now you can log in…

Upon first successful login, you will be required to set up MFA for the account. You can use any MFA app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Auth etc.

Once your MFA is set up, you can navigate the control panel, and manage your services!
