Log in to oneFileSync using your credentials

https://portal.onefilesync.ca/auth/login/

Once you on the home page, click Upload Files

There are two ways to upload

  1. Click and drag the file

  2. Browse for the file

Method 1. Locate the file you wish to upload. Click, hold, and drag the file towards the drop box

Let go of the file on the drop box

Click Start Upload

The file is uploaded!

Method 2. Locate the file you wish to upload

Select the file, and click Open

Next select Start Upload

The upload was successful!

On the home screen, click My Files

Right click the file you want to share

Share page will appear.

Secure Share The file will only be seen by the people you specify

Public Share The file will be seen by anyone who opens the link

Under Share Options

You may set an expiration date for the link

You may specify how many downloads are available for the link

You may also be notified of the download

Under Share With

Specify who you would like to share with in the Recipients box

Select who you wish to notify

Add a message if you like

Once you’ve selected your share method, enter your recipient

Their name and email will appear at the bottom

Click Share

You will receive the success notification!
