Overview

This guide covers the troubleshooting the connection issue when user is not able to connect and following similar error occurs.

Restart the Remote Desktop

Users are required to login to the Citrix Workspace and all the unsaved documents in current session will be lost.

Open the Citrix Workspace application.

Login to the Citrix Workspace.

Click on the Down Arrow.

Click the Restart option.

Confirm the Restart.

Wait for restart option to be finished.

Once the restarting is completed, the remote desktop session will be started automatically.
