Step 1.0 - How to Configure Email Forwarding

Log in here https://cp.poweredbynirix.com/CortexDotNet/Login/Login.aspx to oneCloud Control Panel with your credentials.

From the home page select All Users.

Locate the desired user, then click the green arrow next to their name.

This will have a menu drop down, select Services.

In User Services you will be presented with oneDesktop and oneExchange. Select the green arrow across from oneExchange.

Select Advanced Options.

Another menu will appear. Select the green arrow across from E-mail Forwarding.

Enter the name of who you wish to forward to in the search bar then click Find.

The results of your search will show up. Select the desired user.

If you want the email to go to both mailboxes check the Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox checkbox. Otherwise leave this unchecked.

Click Apply changes then click Provision.

It’ll take a few moments while the change is applied. The circle will be orange while it loads. Once the circle changes to green, the email forwarding has begun!

 

Step 2.0 - Ending Email Forwarding

Refer to Step 1, 1.1 - 1.7, then the drop down the Email Forwarding and select Remove.

Click Apply changes.

Click Provision.

It may take a few minutes for the change to apply. The circle will be orange while it loads.

Once the circle turns green the change has been made!
