Step 1.0 - How to Configure Email Forwarding

1.1 | Log in here https://cp.poweredbynirix.com/CortexDotNet/Login/Login.aspx to oneCloud Control Panel with your credentials. | |
1.2 | From the home page select All Users. | |
1.3 | Locate the desired user, then click the green arrow next to their name. | |
1.4 | This will have a menu drop down, select Services. | |
1.5 | In User Services you will be presented with oneDesktop and oneExchange. Select the green arrow across from oneExchange. | |
1.6 | Select Advanced Options. | |
1.7 | Another menu will appear. Select the green arrow across from E-mail Forwarding. | |
1.8 | Enter the name of who you wish to forward to in the search bar then click Find. The results of your search will show up. Select the desired user. | |
1.9 | If you want the email to go to both mailboxes check the Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox checkbox. Otherwise leave this unchecked. Click Apply changes then click Provision. | |
1.10 | It’ll take a few moments while the change is applied. The circle will be orange while it loads. Once the circle changes to green, the email forwarding has begun!  |
Step 2.0 - Ending Email Forwarding

2.1 | Refer to Step 1, 1.1 - 1.7, then the drop down the Email Forwarding and select Remove. | |
2.2 | Click Apply changes. | |
2.3 | Click Provision. | |
2.4 | It may take a few minutes for the change to apply. The circle will be orange while it loads. | |
2.5 | Once the circle turns green the change has been made! |
