How to - Reset Password for a User in oCCP

Overview

This guide will walk through resetting a User password in oCCP with an admin account.

Prerequisites and Requirements

To successfully complete this action you will need the following:

  • Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)

  • Administrator level credentials in oCCP

Go to  https://cp.poweredbynirix.com and login with your account.

Click All Users

Locate the desired user and click the green arrow

Click Edit User

Click the green arrow beside Password Reset

Enter the new password and click Provision

Account changes will load

Once the Status circle turns green, the changes have been made.
