How to - Reset Password for a User in oCCP
Overview
This guide will walk through resetting a User password in oCCP with an admin account.
Prerequisites and Requirements
To successfully complete this action you will need the following:
Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)
Administrator level credentials in oCCP

1.1 | Go to https://cp.poweredbynirix.com and login with your account. |

1.2 | Click All Users |

1.3 | Locate the desired user and click the green arrow |

1.4 | Click Edit User |

1.5 | Click the green arrow beside Password Reset |

1.6 | Enter the new password and click Provision | |
1.7 | Account changes will load |

1.8 | Once the Status circle turns green, the changes have been made. |
