Overview

The purpose of this How-To guide is to provide a detailed step by step instruction on how to reset your own password or set your security questions in oCCP, if you still have your old password. If you no longer have your old password, you will have to reach out to your admin.

Prerequisites and Requirements

To successfully complete this action you will need the following:

  • Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)

  • Your current credentials (ie. used to login to oneDesktop and oneExchange)

Go to https://cp.poweredbynirix.com and login with your account credentials.

If you are trying to reset your password due to having forgotten it, you will have to reach out to your admin.

Click on your name in the top-right corner.

Here, you can change your password, and update/add security questions to log back into oCCP to reset your password in the event it gets lost.

To reset your password, enter your old password, and new password in the respective fields, and then click the corresponding ‘Update’ button to apply changes.

To add or update security questions, you can choose security questions you’d like to set, answer them accordingly, and then click ‘Update’ to save your security questions.
