Step 1.0 - Logging into NIRIX oneSpam

Go to: https://nospam.poweredbynirix.com and log in with your credentials.

After logging in you’ll be brought to your home page. Emails that are currently quarantined will show here.

Step 2.0 - Viewing and releasing individual emails

Click on the email you wish to view

This will show the full email

  1. The padlock symbol will release the email

  2. The garbage can will delete the email

Selecting the three dots will give you the following options

  • Mark As Unread

  • Detailed Header

View As

  • Original HTML

  • Simple HTML

  • Plain Text

  • Print

  • Save As

Step 3.0 - Releasing or Deleting Multiple Quarantined Emails

On the Home Page of oneSpam, select the desired emails

With the emails selected you can

  1. Release with the padlock

  2. Delete with the garbage can

3.3

Clicking the three dots will allow you to

  • Mark As Read

  • Mark as Unread

  • Safe List

  • Blocklist

  • Save As
