How to - Create External Contacts in oCCP
Overview
This How-to guide is to provide a detailed step by step instruction for creating a new external contact for in oCCP.
Prerequisites and Requirements
To successfully complete this action in oCCP you will need the following:
Access to oCCP (oneCloudControlPanel)
Administrator level credentials in oCCP
Step 1.0 - Creating an External Contact in oCCP

1.1 | Go to https://cp.poweredbynirix.com and login with your account. | Â |
1.2 | Under the blue navbar at the top, select Services > Exchange and then click on Contacts. | |
1.3 | Click on New Contact. | |
1.4 | Enter the External Contact details. The only mandatory fields are First Name, Last Name and Email Address. | Â |
1.5 | When finished entering the contact details, click on Save to save and create the contact. If you run into any errors beyond this point, ensure there aren’t any contacts with the same Email address, or reach out to Support. |  |
